Rainstep Limited Warranty

Buluttasarim.com warrants that each Rainstep product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the applicable warranty period.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable except where otherwise required by law.

The standard Limited Warranty period for Rainstep products is one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Replacement parts or repaired components supplied under this warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. The warranty period is not renewed or extended following repair or replacement unless required by applicable law.

Proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or order confirmation, must be provided when submitting any warranty claim.

Rainstep is not a mass-produced product.

Each unit is individually handcrafted by skilled craftsmen using natural materials.

Because of this manufacturing process, every Rainstep is unique.

Natural differences including:

• wood grain
• wood knots
• texture
• color tone
• handcrafted finishing
• small dimensional tolerances
• natural surface character

are expected characteristics of handmade products. These characteristics do not constitute manufacturing defects, product faults or warranty issues.

Rainstep incorporates natural solid wood components.

Wood is a living material that naturally reacts to environmental conditions.

The following are considered normal characteristics and are not covered under this warranty:

• natural color changes
• UV fading
• weathering
• seasonal expansion
• seasonal contraction
• wood movement
• grain changes
• minor surface checks
• natural aging
• slight texture variations

These natural characteristics do not affect the intended function of the product.

Subject to inspection and approval, this Limited Warranty covers defects resulting from:

• manufacturing defects
• material defects
• assembly defects
• mechanical defects originating during production
• defective factory-installed hardware

Buluttasarim.com will determine the most appropriate remedy.

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Buluttasarim.com may, at its sole discretion:

• provide technical support
• supply replacement parts
• repair defective components
• replace individual assemblies
• replace the complete product where repair is not practical
• provide another remedy required by applicable law

Repair or replacement shall normally be preferred over complete product replacement whenever technically reasonable.

Rainstep has been engineered as a modular product.

Whenever reasonably possible, warranty service will be performed by supplying replacement parts or replacing only the affected component.

Complete product replacement will only be considered when repair is not technically or economically reasonable.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• improper installation
• failure to follow installation instructions
• incorrect water pressure
• water hammer
• freezing water inside the product
• failure to drain the product before freezing conditions
• misuse
• abuse
• neglect
• impact damage
• accidents
• vandalism
• improper storage
• transportation after delivery
• unauthorized modifications
• drilling
• cutting
• sanding
• painting
• refinishing
• unauthorized repairs
• use of non-approved replacement parts where they caused the defect
• chemical exposure
• chlorine
• saltwater
• corrosive cleaning agents
• contaminated water
• excessive mineral deposits
• rust particles
• sand or debris in the water supply
• pressure washing
• improper maintenance
• normal wear and tear

Rainstep is designed for outdoor use.

Exposure to sunlight, rain, humidity, airborne salt, pollen, dust, tree sap and seasonal weather conditions will naturally affect the appearance of the product over time.

These natural environmental effects do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Rainstep is intended for use with clean water supplied through a standard garden hose or equivalent domestic water source.

Damage caused by contaminated water, corrosive chemicals, excessive mineral content, mud, sand or poor water quality is not covered by this warranty.

Rainstep may be installed in residential or commercial environments including hotels, resorts, marinas, beach clubs, spas and similar facilities.

Products installed in commercial environments are naturally subject to substantially higher usage.

Normal wear resulting from intensive commercial use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for:

• inspecting the product upon delivery
• installing the product correctly
• following maintenance instructions
• protecting the product during freezing conditions
• using the product only as intended

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may affect warranty coverage.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• proof of purchase
• order number
• photographs
• video if requested
• description of the issue

Buluttasarim.com may request additional information before approving any claim.

Buluttasarim.com reserves the right to inspect the product by:

• photographs
• video conference
• inspection of returned components
• return of the complete product where reasonably necessary

Unauthorized product returns may be refused.

Where a warranty claim is approved, Buluttasarim.com will determine the appropriate shipping method.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers remain responsible for:

• customs duties
• import taxes
• brokerage fees
• local government charges

Buluttasarim.com will make reasonable efforts to maintain replacement parts availability.

Due to continuous product improvements, identical replacement parts may not always be available.

Equivalent components providing the same function may be supplied.

Rainstep products may be updated or improved over time.

Replacement components may differ slightly in appearance from the original product while maintaining equivalent performance.

Buluttasarim.com is not obligated to upgrade previously sold products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buluttasarim.com's liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Buluttasarim.com shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including, but not limited to:

• installation costs
• removal costs
• travel expenses
• loss of business
• loss of profits
• loss of income
• loss of commercial opportunities
• rental equipment
• third-party expenses

Nothing in this section excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Buluttasarim.com shall not be responsible for delays in warranty service resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs delays, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, wars or government actions.

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
