Rainstep is a handcrafted outdoor shower platform designed and manufactured in Türkiye.

Every product is individually produced using carefully selected materials rather than mass production methods.

Because every unit is made by hand, each Rainstep is unique.

Rainstep is not a factory-produced product.

Each unit is individually handcrafted by skilled craftsmen using natural materials.

Because of this manufacturing process, products may exhibit:

• natural wood grain variations
• color differences
• texture differences
• minor dimensional tolerances
• small cosmetic marks created during craftsmanship
• unique natural characteristics
• These characteristics are considered part of the product's individuality and do not constitute defects, manufacturing faults or grounds for return or replacement.

Rainstep contains solid natural wood components.

Wood is a living natural material that may naturally respond to environmental conditions including:

• humidity
• sunlight
• rain
• seasonal temperature changes
• outdoor exposure

Because each Rainstep is handcrafted using natural materials, the delivered product may differ slightly in:

Unless otherwise stated, all dimensions shown on this website are approximate.

Minor manufacturing tolerances resulting from handcrafted production shall not be considered defects.

Rainstep has been designed exclusively as an outdoor shower platform.

The product must be installed and used according to the supplied instructions.

Improper installation, modification or misuse may reduce product performance and void applicable warranty coverage.

By purchasing Rainstep, the customer agrees to:

• inspect the package upon delivery
• follow all installation instructions
• perform reasonable maintenance
• use the product only for its intended purpose
• avoid misuse or unauthorized modifications

Rainstep is intended for outdoor use.

However, prolonged exposure to severe weather, standing water, freezing temperatures, chemicals, saltwater, or improper storage may affect the appearance or lifespan of natural materials.

These environmental effects are considered normal wear and are not manufacturing defects.

Buluttasarim.com reserves the right to improve or modify product design, materials, manufacturing methods or technical specifications without prior notice.

Such improvements shall not create an obligation to upgrade previously sold products.

Due to the modular construction of Rainstep, Buluttasarim.com reserves the right to resolve warranty claims by:

• providing technical support
• supplying replacement parts
• repairing individual components
• replacing only the defective component

before authorizing replacement of the complete product or issuing a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buluttasarim.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• loss of business
• loss of revenue
• loss of profits
• loss of commercial opportunities
• installation costs
• removal costs
• third-party expenses

Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
