Shipping Policy

Every Rainstep is manufactured, assembled, inspected and packaged individually.

Orders are generally prepared within 3 to 7 business days.

Production time may vary depending on:

• current order volume
• seasonal demand
• public holidays
• custom requests
• quality control requirements

Estimated production times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Buluttasarim.com currently ships to most countries worldwide.

If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Some destinations may require additional customs documentation or may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions.

Orders may be shipped using one or more of the following international carriers:

• DHL Express
• UPS
• FedEx
• Other authorized international logistics providers

The selected carrier may vary depending on destination, shipping availability and operational requirements.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• North America — 5–10 business days
• Europe — 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom — 4–8 business days
• Australia & New Zealand — 6–12 business days
• Middle East — 4–8 business days
• Rest of World — Delivery times vary by destination

These estimates do not include customs processing delays.

All shipments are fulfilled under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms in accordance with global trade standards.

Buluttasarim.com assumes full responsibility and covers all shipping costs and risks from Türkiye up to the point of arrival at the destination country's customs.

However, any and all subsequent import duties, customs taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other additional charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the purchasing customer.

Customers are responsible for complying with all import regulations applicable in their country.

Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes may result in delayed delivery, return of the shipment or destruction of the goods by customs authorities.

Buluttasarim.com is not responsible for such costs or consequences.

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay customs charges or abandons a shipment:

• original shipping charges are non-refundable
• return shipping charges, customs fees and handling costs will be deducted from any eligible refund
• if the shipment cannot legally be returned to Türkiye, no refund may be available

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Shipping prices are determined according to:

• destination country
• package dimensions
• package weight
• carrier rates
• insurance (if selected)

Shipping prices may change without prior notice.

Shipping insurance may be offered during checkout.

Buluttasarim.com strongly recommends purchasing shipping insurance for international deliveries.

If insurance is declined, Buluttasarim.com's responsibility is limited to the extent required by applicable law and the carrier's liability terms.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Buluttasarim.com is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:

• incorrect addresses
• incomplete addresses
• missing postal codes
• recipient unavailability

If a shipment must be resent due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply.

International carriers may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

• the recipient is unavailable
• customs documentation is not completed
• local taxes are not paid
• local regulations are not satisfied

The shipment may be returned or abandoned. Any resulting costs shall be the customer's responsibility unless prohibited by applicable law.

Customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged:

• photograph the package before opening
• note the damage with the carrier whenever possible
• retain all packaging materials
• contact Buluttasarim.com within 48 hours

Failure to report visible shipping damage promptly may affect the carrier claim process. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive:

• shipment confirmation
• tracking number
• carrier information

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Buluttasarim.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• customs inspections
• extreme weather
• natural disasters
• strikes
• pandemics
• war or civil unrest
• transportation disruptions
• government actions
• carrier operational issues

Occasionally, production schedules may require additional manufacturing time.

If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may choose to wait or, if production has not yet begun, request cancellation in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the shipping address or otherwise as required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Rainstep products may legally be imported into their country.

Buluttasarim.com cannot guarantee compliance with every country's local regulations.

Orders delayed, refused or confiscated by customs due to local legal restrictions are outside Buluttasarim.com's control.

Where necessary, Buluttasarim.com reserves the right to ship replacement parts or accessories separately to reduce delivery times or resolve warranty claims.

Separate shipments do not constitute incomplete fulfillment.

We strive to minimize environmental impact by using durable and recyclable packaging materials whenever practical.

Packaging design may change without prior notice while maintaining product protection standards.

Due to the value of Rainstep products, certain shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.

If a signature is required, the carrier will notify the recipient according to its standard procedures.

Because Rainstep contains natural wood components, minor cosmetic changes resulting from normal environmental conditions during international transportation, including temperature or humidity fluctuations, do not constitute shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
